I understand Avalon Bay sold the community to Home Properties of New York on 9/10/03. What a great change! Granted, it is a new office staff and a 67 year old historic community, but they seem to go out of their way to try to assist and have even shared some of the exciting upgrades coming in 2004. I just moved here in early November and have enjoyed the calm surroundings and look forward to the many improvements already underway. Sounds like Avalon Bay, the former management company, was the problem and not new management.
