I have lived at FC since 2000 and avoided coming to the office before the new management bought the place.
Maintenance was the only good thing about living here back then, but everything was old and badly in need of fixing.
The new staff was a little slow getting started and they made a few staff changes (for the better!) and made promises about making upgrades and offering more stuff for residents.
I agree - so far so good! I got ceiling fans which makes it cooler in my upper floor apartment and a newer dishwasher when they old one busted. The old managers did not care if stuff looked bad and didn't work.
