Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
 
Aside from residents who do not pay their rent on time and whine about it, this is not a bad place to be. Sure its older than most around S.S. but at least we see changes and not higher rent. Can't say that about the last managers. Jack the rent and fix NOTHING!
