Not worth it

Falkland Chase is in a nice area, true, and the walk to the metro is a short one. However, the management is atrociously rude and tends to "misquote" facts. In other words, they outright lie. When I moved here, I was moving from out of state and had only seen the apartment once. When I arrived on my scheduled day with a moving truck, I was directed to an apartment other than the one I had seen before. IT WAS NOT THE ONE I SIGNED A LEASE FOR! On the lease they identify by building numbers and areas that only make sense once you know the area and layout. I signed thinking it was the apartment I had been shown. It wasn't! When I complained I was told they had no other apartments and I could take it or leave it. It wasn't as if I had much choice! Then open living here, I have had to fight the management over parking permits, package delivery, mold growing on my walls, leaking windows, clogged drains, a cupboard door that fell completely off, and an electric bill that was sent to me for the 3 month period of time before I even lived in this part of the country! I still have not had the electric bill settled (6 months now), my windows still leak (and leads to the apartment always being cold despite the fact it is one the second floor and the heater is always running), and mold and mildew are still a problem. Do not move here, it will only lead to anger and sorrow.
