management is often, rude incompetent

Falkland Chase is a nice area but the the rude and incompetent managment really can make it iffy on living here. So, if you choose this place, just don't be that surprised if you aren't happy with the managment. The will tell you one thing and then say something else. At the least, get stuff in writing.
