Water problems

Apparently in our unit the foundation was cracked and my roommate had water flowing down her walls when it rained. There was black mold growing on nearly all of our walls. Thier way of fixing this problem is to spray Kilz on it and re-paint and if you are lucky they will give you a dehumidifier. This was obviously a recurring problem. They will just wait and re-rent to some other poor unsuspecting tenants. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
