I'm not sure what they are talking about with the managment being incompetent... I've found them nothing but helpful.

If you get things in quickly, and don't sit on your thumbs about issues, just like at any place of buisness you will get better results.

We have a slight issue with humidity, but it's easily solver with the de-humidifier. Be mindful of your mega hot showers and the problem works it self out even quicker.

We had some issues with Paint being to thick on doors, but they have worked themselves out.

The community itself is friendly, and people in general seem happy to be there. Much more so than my last apartment. If you want to complain about Falkland, you need to see it compared to other places.

Get a reserved space if you can afford it, otherwise, after 11pm, parking is hard to find.

Also while the walls may be thick, the hardfloors from the upper levels noise entirely depends on if your neighbor is considerate or not. Hopefully they are.
