My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and must completely agree with the last summary. You just can't beat Falkland when it comes to service from every aspect!

Neighbors and the whole staff are really awesome! Prices have gone up, but where haven't prices risen' It's so much easier for us to rent - and lazier! No maintenance, upkeep, etc.

Hope you think twice - you won't be sorry to be a resident here!
