The location is good, but the construction is shoddy - it is very easy to hear individuals upstairs, in the next building, etc. It took them months to get a washer fixed in the laundry room, and getting my air conditioner fixed took several days. In addition, the individuals in charge at the office are difficult to deal with when it comes to their paperwork/policies. Rigid jackasses.

The only good thing is that there are no breed restrictions on renting if you have a big dog, but believe me, you sacrifice a lot.

That's not true; pittbulls and Rottwiellers are not allowed.
