Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I have lived in this complex for two years and the service is the best I have seen. I have never waited more than a day for something to be fixed, and according to the "pledge" from Home Properties, repairs are guaranteed to be done within 24 hours. I know I've heard the same thing from my neighbors as well.
