I have lived at Falkland Chase for the past year. The community is great, nice gym, clean, no bugs that I have seen, and close to everything. We have had some serious issues with the A/C, but the management crew addresed the issue and replaced it within two days. They find them to be responsive. I will admit they are slightly rude. Falkchase has tried to charge us extra late fees, but once I brought it up, they adjusted the amount. It seems like you check what they are charging you for diligently. The only things that I would mention, the rent is to high, the walls are paper thin, and the parking sucks.
