The worst building construction ever

I've lived at Falkland Chase for 9 months and I'm on count down till I can get out of here. In all sincerity, the walls are paper thin. I can easily hear the voices of my neighbors and people in the hallway. The poor construction of the building gets worse because the walls do not hold in heat and I've had to purchase space heaters to warm my living room and bedroom. Frankly, the electric heat pumps out lukewarm air which is not enough especially when it gets really cold outside. Parking is definitely an issue-if you're not home by 7pm on weekdays you are out of luck and don't think about parking where you can fit in because you will be towed. The wood floors look nice but do nothing for sound containment. You are at the mercy of your neighbors. All that said, the grounds are well kept and I have not had a problem with the management staff or maintenance crew.
