I've lived in the Good Acre apartments for almost a year. I will not be renewing my lease.

There were two holes in the wall where mice came through. One in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. In two weeks I caught and killed 5 mice. Totally ridiculous. The maintenance guy plugged up the holes and wallah no more mice in the apartment. READ ON...

I thought I had peace for a while, but then I began hearing the mice in the walls, eating away at the mesh that plugged up the hole in the wall. I can't take it and I'm moving.

Good things: the rent is inexpensive (but they're increasing it by $50), the neighborhood is border-line but I don't feel unsafe. The inside of my apartment looks great, except I'm beginning to notice two dampened areas in the roof (i live on the top/2nd floor).

Bottom line: Move in at your own risk. If you don't mind the sound and sight of mice, you'll be ok. :)

Just have a question. Did you notice the lowlife types hanging out in front before you rented at this hellhole? That was a tipoff that it was a disgusting place to live. You say "borderline"? This is a drug-infested, illegal alien area and everyone in Maryland knows it.
