I have lived at Hampton Hollow since 06/00 and with the change in mgmt, the property has slowly declined. While the location is great, when something goes wrong...it is tremendous. As I am writing this the Maint. Tech is in my apartment vacuming water of my floor from the 2nd flooding in less than one year. There is not a "live-in" maint. person, however, the Assistant Property Manager has an apartment on the grounds. The insulation is poor in all of the apartment communities nearby thanks to BG&E, you'll notice tons of plastic on the windows of several other apartment complexes in addition to HH. The air filters are changed once a year, the grounds are kept nice, the tenants are ok and overall I do enjoy my apartment. The office has since leveled off in the attitude department (towards me), however it took me complaining to Lend Lease directly for them to "straighten-up". I haven't had to make any service calls or complainants in 7 months. Unless you can deal with the occasional issues that could have been handled better if management were proactive, I don't recommend Hampton Hollow.
