I have read some of the previous comments about the staff and the apartments and I strongly disagreed. I lived at Hampton Hollow for several years and actually saw improvements when the new management took over the property. The service was great anytime I called in a work order it was fixed and so was several other items that I had not bothered to call in. They did everything from installing a showerhead to replacing light bulbs. The office staff was the best they always greeted me by my name and even recognized me by my voice only. I came to know the girls felt like I had to comment on their behalf when I saw some of the reviews. At times I would leave the apartment and forget to turn off my iron and they would volunteer to turn it off. I believe the "Proceed with caution" resident's biggest concern was where the staff lived and not the apartment. Also, they must like something about the community or they would not continue renting at Hampton Hollow. The only reason that I moved out was because I purchased a home and I miss some of the services of the apartment.
