I've lived here six months, and every maint. request I've had (for little things, never anything major) has been handled within 48 hours of request. And it's been fixed right the first time. I'm sure some people have been given "attitude" but I have never experienced it--in fact, I always greet the staff warmly, and they return the favor. Yes, the heat bills can get high, but I've found a little removable window caulk can fix that. Only complaint-the fitness center needs better equipment. Otherwise, this place is a gem! I've been here since Aug '02, and I plan to stay until I buy a home in '04. The prices of the units seem to keep the riff-raff out, too. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
