I totally agree with the last person who commented. The only thing I would have to change is that even though there are only two maintainance staff they do try to do their best. I just think they are too swamped with work to do a desent job and are too rushed. However the office staff is just lazy and refuse to do anything. I've had to call in to make service calls so many times for the same problem its crazy. I won't be renewing my lease here either this year. When I first moved in I felt taken care of by the staff, like they really wanted me here, and they did, so they could get their commission money. Now that I am here they don't think twice about my needs as a resident. I didn't mind the small space with the high rent because I felt safe in this area. But I don't want to live in a run down apartment, and it is run down. The ceiling leaks, the cabinets in the bath and kitchen are peeling something terrible and when the heat or AC comes on the system makes a very loud noise to where I have to turn up my TV while its on and then turn it down when it goes off. Yes, I did report that problem too. The floors in the livingroom and bedrooms have sink holes in them I often feel like I'm falling through to the next floor.
