I have lived here for going on four years and I don't have the same opinion. I have even been here through the staff changes, and if you ask me, compared to the old staff this one is ten times better. And it is silly to name, names since that just makes the previous person who put that "horrible, horrible" review look like they have more of a personal issue, and not to mention, too much time on their hands on the SUNDAY after Valentine's Day. I mean, if you are that unhappy you could have moved, why stay' You just sound like a bitter person with nothing better to do but complain (once again...MOVE, why stay'). If you have bugs, there is a service for that.....call the office. Though, there is someone who lives in my building, that slept with the exterminater (I think her name is Tanya'), anyway, she probably ruined that for us. No matter what your personal issues are with the people in the office, they still have to do their jobs.....and they must be since they are still there. Sounds like the best thing you could have done is to end your time here......YOU are probably the PROBLEM. It's residents like you that make it bad for the rest of us, if you drive them crazy with having to handle business as well as your personal life, then what do you expect' Why don't you get a life' Or a man (miss no company on Valentine's Sunday)' As for the maintenance, they have also gone through changes and do great despite the fact that there is only two of them. I also have had a leak or two, but they were there right away and I haven't had them since. You are crazy to think that you aren't going to have ANY problems in apartment living. So why don't you buy a house' Why stay here' I hate to tell you though, that the only difference in having a house is that you must fix everything on your own......then since you have so much time on your hands write again to let us know how much you wish you had that maintenance. Then again if you are renting with all of these hassels, you probably have bad credit. Nevertheless, I have enjoyed my time here and will miss this place when I move into my house. This is a nice area.
