I have lived at Hampton Hollow for a little over 4 years and have been through the change of management companies and with all changes there are some good and some bad.

THE STAFF: The staff that is there now is by far the most helpful and personable. They have delivered packages to my apartment that were left in the office and even turned off my iron. The bad comments may have been about the previous leasing agent but she is no longer there.

MAINTENANCE: There are times when I would like things such as my cabinets replaced and new appliances but I have to remember that I am renting and that they can't just give everyone, everything that they want or they would not be doing there jobs. The maintenance staff fixes things that you put in a ticket for and even things that you do not. Even the person that attempted to compain about the maintenance staff said that they were in the apartment fixing the problem. Obviously that person was not to concerned or they would have left the computer alone and tend to the leak. The heating bills are somewhat high but I can only complain to BG&E.

SAFETY: I have never heard of an assault in the fitness center and I read the Gazette which gives a detailed list of all of the crime in the area. That's another thing, why would the office have to inform you of the crime when there is a GAZETTE that they provide right in by the mailboxes that gives you that information. Yes, there have been car break-in and there were letters posted in the hallways about them as well as the peeping tom(which was over a year ago.) Maybe all of the complainers are not taking the time to inform themselves. THE OFFICE CANNOT DO EVERTHING FOR YOU.

I believe that anyone that wants to rent somewhere should ultimately make the decision for themselves and take some of these comments as what they are OPINION and not FACT. Remember, you are only getting one side of the story and most of the negative comments are from people that are STILL LIVING HERE. I agree with a previous comment it's not that bad and if it is then move.
