Has everything and more you are looking for. The grounds and units are kept in terrific shape. Full sized washer/dryers in the apt, open kitchens, security alarm, gym,pool and even a fireplace. Well maintained, attractive,with a very pleasant and responsive staff. Each maintenance request was taken care of the next day, and management followed up to insure satisfaction. They are just 2 blocks from a bus terminal, which takes you to business, a large shopping mall, and to the metro. It is 4 blocks from a small shopping center with fast food, bank, grocery, gas stations, etc. The fire department is 5 minutes away,and the police just 2. It has a place to wash your car, and ample play areas. Very peaceful and quiet.

My only complaint was a lack of a microwave, but that is easily remedied.
