I went to look at this apartment complex. I was greeted by peeling paint off the siding - very unsightly. The leasing agent was pleasant but showed me a $1000 postage stamp of an apartment. The doors leading into the apartments are scratched and badly need painting. The leasing agent said they had only been managing this property for "6 weeks today" and that plan to replace the roofs and then put up new siding. I don't know about you - but I sure don't want to pay $1000 for a tiny apartment with all that maintenance needed and construction planned. There are much nicer places cheaper. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
