Rent is high, not responsive to maintenance requests, and office staff has communication issues.

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
I have lived in this complex since 1998. However the management and owners of the property changed in 2001. The quality and service has greatly diminished since this change. I will not renew my lease another year.
