I've lived here now for almost 2 years and the rent has gone up $120 per month. On the plus side, the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, there are no shortage of parking spaces, and I have had no maintenance problems.
On the down side, it took around 18 months for management to finally tow away junkers on the lot. There have been several car break-ins, at least one apt. break-in, and a dead body turned up in front of the complex. I have not been able to find out what happened to the person yet, hopefully not a crime victim. Still, I feel pretty safe around here.
My apt. unit has a cathedral-type ceiling and during the winter it is hard to keep this room warm. The insulation around windows, front door and doors to patio is lacking such that it's always cold, so you must jerry rig your insulation to compensate.
I would recommend this place with some reservations, but I'm not sure what else is available for this rent amount.
