Not That Bad

Once in a while we've gotta give good reports as well ya know!!Been here since July from NY and its not bad at all. Quiet neighbors, nice area, generally clean. At night parking is a little packed, but you can still find a space. Management has a young staff, but they managed to answer all of my questions and fix my emergent maintenance requests. My apt is newly renovated with some pretty cool features so I can't complain. I'd give it about 4 of 5 stars. It's a bit pricey but hey, ya gotta pay for stuff in this world. I did my share of apt hunting throughout Silver Spring, and by far I thought that this facility consisted of the best value. It may not be the best for those looking to move a fleet of relatives in with them, but its great for a single person, couple, or a small family. Now for bad report: Only 2 maintenance men for the entire complex, but they still get the job done (i think). They've responded promplty to my requests. Construction is currently in process so the little mexican dudes banging on the roof and airbrushing the siding is a pain in the ass. Aside from that, its all good. Like I said, it has a pretty good value if you want to stay within the 1000-1500 range.
