I have lived here since August. In that short time I have had a small forest fire next to my appartment. There was a body discovered at the complex entrance that the police are not saying anything about. The maintainence never fixes anything right the first time and struggles with simple tasks like replacing HVAC filters. The office staff is defensive about every issue. They have no understanding. The workout room has lots of broken equipment.

Funny !! But sadly, mostly true for me as well. The maintenance people left my HVAC filter outside my front door because they couldn't get in. They did fix the sliding screen door to the patio on the first try !! This place is mediocre, no getting around it.

Broken stuff here too. I won't go on, but one out of the many things is the locks are cheap. I could ram the door down easily if I wanted... Oh and I do remember the body thing. I was wondering why the cop car was there with all the tape. I had to drive out the back way that morning to get to work. Nothing on the news about it either. There are worse apartments, I guess. I'm moving across the street soon so we will see how different things are. I can't do much about the bodies though.
