Expensive but Nice

I've lived here for the past year and it is a beautiful place! Very nice size apartments with your OWN washer and dryer. The management was very helpful. Bad things...It's very expensive and no utilities are included. Our utilities usually cost us between 100-200$ a month and we kept the heat on 65 degrees in the winter! It's also a hike if you're attended UMDCP. I managed to find an alternate route through a neighborhood but other than that you're stuck with 29.
