I've lived here just over a year, so I've experienced all 4 seasons....unlike other properties that are nice and clean during the colder months and then you see a 3rd world country when the temperature rises, Hampton Point is nice all year long. Well maintained. Courteous, helpful staff. The maintenance staff is great. I love the design of my apt and I actually feel safe taking a walk with my daughter in the evening. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
