Unresponsive staff and overpriced

The leasing office is only open 9-5 so if you're one of the many people out there that work those hours you're going to have to wait untill saturday to get a package or get anyone to talk to in person to assure what you ask is taken care of. I say this because on average it would take 5 messages from myself to get any type of reply from the staff.
Also, the neighborhood it is in has taken a sharp decline and lots of reckless activity can be heard during nite hours.
The apartments are tiny, but the price most certainly isn't. Alot of the interior drawers and paneling are poorly contstructed and in degrading shape. The "new" rug I was provided with shed like I've never seen before. Overall I was not satisfied and did not renew.
