Beware future residence, leasing stuff is irresponsible

Beware before processing any application of this apartment.
The leasing stuff **promissed** us to hold the apartment which we wanted. So, we submitted the application with the holding and process fee. However, a day after, she told us that the apartment we wanted was not avaliable. What the hell she is talking about' Of cource, we canceled the application, but the process fee was not refoundable. She just stole our money in the name of the process fee. Not only that she never returned any single phone call to us even if she "promissed" to.
This is not an attitude for a future residence. She always said "promiss," but never did anything. She better check the meaning of the word "promiss" in the dictionary.
So stupid, irresponsible stuff...
