Think Twice

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Think Twice before renting here because:

1 - Winter heating bills are expensive
2 - If you work in DC - It's 8 1/2 miles from the Silver Spring metro
3 - Really poorly made. It's all carpeted, but you can still hear your neighbor's every move even flushing the toilet.
