I have lived here for 2 years. While you get decent service if anything is wrong with your apartment, your car may get stolen. Mine was stolen TWICE. Yes, I said TWICE. Of course, I own a honda 1997... but I feel like I am being targeted. I have also heard of people breaking in... when I came to this same service to check out the complex. It's convenient in terms of locale and bus service... but if you own a honda or acura in my year or similiar, think TWICE about living here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived at Hampton Point Apartments for one year 2003-2004. I did not have a problem with car theft and overall enjoyed my experience (I do own a Honda); however, in 1999-2000 I lived in an apartment complex down the road from Hampton Point and my roommate's 1997 Honda Accord was stolen from right out in front of our apartment complex!
