I lived at Hampton Point for about 6 months. My husband and I were splitting up and I had never lived alone before. The office staff were wonderful and I felt very comfortable and safe in my apartment. I had very few maintenance issues, but one in particular stands out. 1 week before xmas my oven was not working properly (not holding a consistent temperature). Maintenance came in and attempted to repair. Two days before xmas I was baking and had the same problem. I called the office and placed a service order. I was told that they may have to order a new stove. Less than two hours later, maintenance was at my door with a brand new stove! 2 days before xmas! There were a couple of instances where the police helicopter was looking for someone and flew around shining a spotlight, but that happens everywhere. There were parking issues...never a space close to the apartment, but I had a brand new mustang and noone so much as dinged the door. For the noise, I rarely heard a sound from my neighbors. The only inconvenience was having to pick up my packages at the rental office. I appreciate the service in keeping my packages secure, but at the same time it was a pain to get them before the office closed and often had to wait until Saturday to collect my packages. All in all, I had a wonderful experience here. Plenty of closet space, a fireplace (I loved that), washer/dryer in the unit...overall a great place to live.
