I was a residence there from 10 Jun 05 to 8 Jan 09.
The staff Carol (Property Manager), Michael, Dorthea, and George provided great customer service. The maintenace team Gary, Joe, Larry, and Diego are wonderful.
My neighbors were the BEST! Always friendly and willing to help me.
The apartment is spacious. Annual cleaning of the balcony and fireplace. One drawback the apartment was drafty. Applying plastic to the windows and weather stripping to the front door resolved that issue.
Landscaping pleasant to the eyes.
Bus stop is across the street at the Briggs Chaney parking lot. Very easy to get to Walter Reed Medical Center. Take Z11(express), Z8, Z6, or 21 to Silver Spring Metro. Then take 79 (express)stops in front of the hospital. S2 stops at gate 14 and 16. S4 stops at gate 16.
Banks, fast food, grocery stores, auto maintenace, Police Station, and Daycare are within walking distance.
