So you know when we first moved in here things were good......until.......very recently new management came in and fired the office staff, who were GREAT and actually got things done. My gosh, the new people are horrible. And I must say that in talking to other residents that im not alone in this. One resident said they arent renewing their lease and many others who have lived here for a long time are not at all happy. The maintence guys are great, they are really nice and get things done. Its the office who doesnt seem to be able to write the work orders in a timely manner. Bge who regulates the electric bills, just raised us from a set year around price of 130 to 270 a month. For us thats hard since we are on a strict income. To say the least we are very anxious to move outta here and hopefully outta the state.
Oh and all of the apliances, i.e washer, dryer, dishwasher are like 100 years old and work when they want to. I guess the apartments were suppose to undergo renovations to put new apliances(which would also be good for the electric bill). but of course it got turned down. They dont live here so what do they care right. I hope they can turn thigs around beacuse I must say I have not talked to one happy resident here. And I think it will probably get worse! Good luck to all looking to move here.

Sorry, but things got taken care of this Summer here that hadn't been done previously in the 3.5 years I've lived here. So I disagree with your assessment. Yes, Michael and crew were terrific, but that doesn't change that things are getting fixed here. Are you a friend of his that you need to keep posting this? If so, I hope he's doing well and has found a great job elsewhere.

I live here also and I agree the office staff is not very good now. But I was told that Michael transfered to another community not that he was fired. I won't be renewing in the spring either but not because of the office staff. My problem is with the old appliances and BGE. I just can't afford $400 dollar electric bills.

I suspect this and the other 9/23 review were written by the same person with an agenda. The staff was good, but who freaks out this much about their leasing staff?

you know what I am NOT the same person as the other reviews and I do not have an agenda, so sorry you think that. And im not freaking out about the staff but when pay such an amount to live somewhere you should get what you are paying for. Oh and im not a friend of Michaels but was told by someone who would know what happened that they did get fired so check your resources and find time for something else. I just write what I feel id correct and it IS my opinion which you may not agree with but I must say we move a lot and have lived in MANY different apartment communites and I would not choose to live here. Besides management, BGE bills are ridiculous and I cant see how they get away with charging such an extreme amount!!!
