The Management sucks big time!!! Be prepared to share your apartment with roaches. They never go away.

If you need something fixed, better go buy the materials and do it yourself.

Property looks clean on the outside, but once u come inside, you will discover how greatly you have been deceived.

No need for heat in the winter, there are so many drafts from the windows that u will never feel the heat anyway, well, except during their annula inspection that is.

Neighbors are ok, but u still have some old timers here who dont even want to hear a pin drop, even in their own house!

Not a good place for kids bercause they dont allow them to play on the grass or complain of their noise.

You can become your own lover of insects by trying to identify the different varieties that you will find in your apartment. I still have not been able to identify several types!!!

space is not good. Kitchen is small. Hope u r a size 10 or below.

Its convenient to downtown silver spring, but, you will be living in a nightmare if you want to live comfortable life in this apartment complex.

I cannot recommend this complex.
