I have been here for about a year and I have had a great experience. The community is very well maintained and the management very responsive and courteous. The apartment were renovated so everything in the apartments are new. there is even a nice fitness center. The price is very reasonable...lower than other places that have not been renovated which I guess is why they stay full.

Just a few downsides, there is not much available. You have to get on a waiting list for an apartment. Also, there is limited parking. But since the street parking and the public parking lots are free at night and on the weekends, it makes it easier.

Overall, this is by far the best place in Silver Spring.
