I have lived here for five years. The property has improved significantly since the remodel. However, many problems still remain. No. 1, there are still roaches EVERYWHERE. In the hall, on the walkways, in the apartments. There is always a wait for the laundry room beacuse there are only three machines for a building with over 150 apartments in it. The rental office is frequently closed during "office hours" and no explanation or warning is ever given. There are lots of children in the building and in the summer they are frequently running around and screaming in the courtyard. In fact, a large group of kids was out in the courtyard screaming untill 10 o'clock on a recent Thursday evening. The lobby of the main building has also had a strong urine smell for about a year that no one seems concerned about. The walls are basically made out of cardboard. Don't try to hang anything on them. You will just end up with a large hole in your wall. Yes, the place is fairly inexpensive, but you most definately get what you pay for.

As for Anonymous 6/10/2006, how can your time(living 2001 - 2006) there be true? The complex just reopened last April 2005?

I have also lived on the propety since 2001. Residents who lived at MA prior to the remodel were moved to other apartments on the property when their apartment was being renovated. They never closed the property, they just didn't let new renters in. Do your research before you go calling people out, buddy.
