Not only is the management here poor; IE: they are never available in the office, have long lunch breaks, dont take care of problems such as broken doors that are supposed to be "security locks," the building is old and moldy. I was told when I moved in I was the first person to live in the apartment. Two weeks later my neighbors told me it had been occupied by another family before me. The management is unprofessional and the building is not as nice as it seems on the outside.

Ive had several maintenance problems and they have ONE maintenance guy who is always walking around in the courtyard drinking. HE NEVER answers maintenance calls. One time I had a maintenance emergency and they could not find him. I went out to the courtyard and he was just sitting there. I asked if he could come fix it, he told me it would take 72 hours before he could answer my call. WHATS wrong with these people'
