Management never available; no core maintenance to the bldg

The rental office is open only during the week which is very inconvenient for people who are making a living. Even if you take a break from work and go to the rental office, they are likely on a long lunch break. You can leave a message on their voice mail, but the call will not be returnedl; ever. The apts are nice, the hallways are dirty. They do not have funds to fix the security system that locks the doors; you will likely be handed an electronic key that will not work or will break down very soon after moving in. They must not have a Bldg Engineer; which by the way is illegal to do. This brings yet another major factor with the water system. If you are renting here, ensure to verify if each faucet has hot and cold water. Some will only have hot water. The same occurs with the A/C and heating; the internal heating system is broken, and there is funding to fix the system. This is not just in your apt, but in the entire bldg.
