We were a few days late in paying our rent one month. Next thing we know there was a court summons taped to our door. WE PAID WHAT WAS OWED BEFORE THE COURT DATE and foolishly believed that that would be communicated to the court. I guess not because, some months later I was checking my credit report and a judgment from Southern Management Corp appeared. So I decided to call Southern Management (which owns Nob Hill) they told me that they didn't have any records of judgments against me and I would have to call Nob Hill directly. I called the number and there is a recording stating that they have had many calls about false civil suits being filed and in order to have it reported as an error, you must fax them a copy of your credit report and they will send you a letter which you must then send to each credit bureau. this is alllllllll sooooo true the only good reviews on this site are posted by the office not bu real people living here it is unsafe and no place to have your children there is even one guy that they put infront of a play ground that gets drunk and well touches himself with no pants on while looking at the children needless to say my son is a prisoner in this rat trap because i can not let him out to play
