I lived in Nob Hill for only 3 months but the complaints I have are endless - and I am by far NOT high maintenance person.

First there was a terrible pest control problem. Talk about ROACHES - I had ton of them! I had a whopping 4 rats in my apartment and reported it to the rental office. Keep in mind that I only lived there 3 months and my apartment was always clean and dishes never in the sink overnight. They came to my apartment and laid 1-2 traps...and thats it. I even pointed out where I think the rats were entering from and they didnt even bother to patch up the hole.

My heat didnt work and my 7 year old son and I had to spend countless freezing nights with 3-4 comforter to keep us warm and days with coats on in our apartments.

The last incident I had with them tops anything and everything I have ever experience at Nob Hill. In the process of me moving out they began to replace all windows in the apartment units. I had been staying at my new location on and off and had moved the majority of my belonging by the time they started replacing the window in my apartment. My brother came home and found some of their contractors in my apartment heating up their food in my microwave and looking through my belongings. The contractors also stole Comcast equipment, a NorthFace coat, a NorthFace book bag and a jar full of change.

I reported this incident to the rental office at Nob Hill and they had an "I dont care" attitude and offered me no type of assistance. It took the property manager 1.5 weeks to even call me back regarding the incident. I am stuck with paying a $700 comcast bill for the un returned equipment that Nob Hill's irresponsible contractors stole.

If you want to get your personal belongings stolen, live in a crime, drug, roach and rat infested community and have to deal with rude, unreliable and incompetent management - then Nob Hill is the place for you. This is truly a hell hole as the previous review stated.

I am experiencing the same problem with mice where I live to, and I used the sticky traps that management gave me and I used food as bait in the traps to, I put a piece of cake,cheese,beef pattie in the traps, and I caught up to 7 mice so far within a week .....disgusting..

I moved out of there earlier this year. It was awful. The manager was very rude and looked down on her tenants because she thought she was all that in her Mercedes. Rodents everywhere. I also caught there repair men looking thru my mail. I don't know why they couldn't read or speak english. Police all through the area running and chasing down criminals with helicopters flying at night. I was so done I moved all the way to Columbia, MD.

I have been here for a few years, and I have never had any problems with the Mananger or Management. I pay my rent on the First of the month and call for service if anything is needed. I do not even know the manager. Is the manager a he or she? I do appreciate the new Security Guards around the community, with the recession in the economy crime has risen three folds. So, this was a very good move. I however do not like the fact that there are no dishwashers in the Apartment.
