My name is Kandis I reside Northgate Apartments. I want to take time to commend Faller Management,Lisa and staff for the professional manner in which managing the complex. During the time I have been a tenant,there has not been a incident that would lead to complaint.The rental office has always been above board with any recommdation and - or assistance.I have been forth with financial hardship of late,and management has come to my aide.It is overwhelming to no that there is still those
who care about their fellow man.The property is well kept.The maintenance dept. responds on a timely basis to request.Overall the management staff is ready and willing to assist the tenant whenever and where ever needed. Thank you for being a professional,compassionate,and conscious minded organization.
