Think twice when you rent somewhere just because the price tag is nice. There is a reason they have to offer them at such a low rent ... noone wants to pay full price to live here. It takesforever to get maintenance done, the office staff is not very helpful and the apartments are small. Just go around the corner and you can more for your money.
