despite the other reviews posted here, i've really enjoyed living at Northwest Park apartments. from my experiences with them, the management staff is very friendly. i've had no problems with roaches or any other pests. the neighbors pretty much keep to themselves, though i haven't had much of a problem with harassment, either. the main thing that's a problem at all is the parking, but i've always been able to find a spot on the same block as my apartment - it's amusing to see all the people parked *on* the no parking signs.
