I have been living here 5 months now. The staff is so friendly and live on the property. They fix anything you want fixed right away. But, you have to understand that this is an older building, but for the area it is the best, the cheapest, the most well maintained and friendly apartment building.
Maintinance: We have had issues with the walls and ceiling falling apart. But, they fix it as soon as they can. The plaster is old but they are fixing it as it gets bad. We had a very clean apartment, and then in the fall they came and pre-sprayed to avoid bugs and rodents. So, it's nice to know they are putting in the money to prevent problems before they happen.
Very kid friendly area, but it's not the safest neighborhood but if you use common sense and do not leave your children alone or out after dark you will feel very safe.
Parking is free and open and I always find a spot. Great area with Sears, Giant, many fast food places and starbucks right next door at White Oak Shopping Center. Definitely the best in the area!
