Since the above post is annon., I still feel we know who this is, so ...... When someone is asked to move b/c they cannot control their temper by becoming verbally profaine and threatening in front young children, you can expect a negative comment.
Things can only get better now. BTW, your apartment was left in deplorable condition, shameful and disgusting. I wish I could post pictures.
But hey thanks for the memories. Sorry viewers that you had to see such a written war of words.
I hope you will still come by to check us out.

I haven't seen any of what you describe. Once in awhile, maybe a few kids playing around the picnics areas or playing football or soccer. But it is always quite at night and they don't bother anyone. I know most of the kids here. A couple of the them offer to carry up my groceries up to my top floor apartment. I'm on a cane - they know I'll tip em'. But I must state firmly, the kids are not disrespectful in general and behave well, most of the time. Oh! Never see the cops here! Big indicator. And bugs - never one in my place so far, knock wood. I've been here since 1989.

The person that wrote this negative repsonse about OAK HILL APTS got to be somebody that is use to living in a nasty place. Oak Hill Apts is nowhere near nasty. The kids here at Oak Hill are babies, let kids be kids, they are not hardly disrespectful. I have been living here for 7 1/2 years and loving every bit of it. The reason for you having roaches is because you must have been a nasty tenant. Since, I have been living here, I have not seen one roach. One more thing, the only reason a person would be talking the way you talk is because they got put out. if you survey this neighbor, I betcha you will get half the neighborhood that has been living her for more than 10 years, now that is what you call good living. You can not go anywhere else and stay that long. next time check yourself before you write. DON'T GET MAD BECAUSE YOU GOT PUT OUT, IT WAS YOUR FAULT NOT MANAGEMENT
