absolute best option in this area for the price From: nhenry Date posted: 3/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   a safe, clean, quiet and affordable apartment home! the grounds are extraordinary, with lots of beautiful and well kept grassy open space and trees. the pool and children's play area are nice and well kept. the balconies in each apartment are wonderful- larger and nicer than any other i have seen. the apartments themselves are clean, well kept, and have a great open floorplan. nicely maintained appliances. TONS of closet and extra storage space. the picture windows in the living area are SPECTACULAR (you really have to see them!) the windows could be a bit more weather proofed, but since all utilities are included you don't pay for any possible heat loss in the winter. the bathroom is small but nice. there is plenty of parking (3 lots!), though there is one parking area in the center that fills up by about 9pm every night. no problems with pests. every maintenace request i have made in 3 years has been taken care of on the same day - management and maintenance definitely go above and beyond. emergency maintenance and lockout help must be either nearby or on-site because i have never waited longer than 10 minutes for help when needed. neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet.
