I BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS AND I LOVED IT HERE UNTIL ALL THIS DIRTY ASS PEOPLE STARTED TO MOVE IN WITH THEIR COMPANIONS BEGBUGS.......... YES THAT IS RIGHT
IM NOT KIDDING THIS APARTMENTS ARE INFECTED WITH BEDBUGS ITS SO NASTY AND GOING TO BE MOVING VERY SOON. SUE THE OLD RESIDENT MANAGER WAS A GREAT PERSON ALWAYS LOOKED OUT FOR THE WELL BEING OF THE TENANTS AND WAS ALWAYS SO NICE TO EVERYONE NOW THEY HAVE THIS NASTY HISPANIC WOMAN WITH ATTITUDES WORKING AT THE RENTAL OFFICE AND NO
IM NOT BEING RACIST IM HISPANIC............ BOTTOM LINE LOVED PARKWAYNE BUT EVERYTHING HAS GONE DOWN UNLESS THEY GET RID OF ALL THE DIRTY ASS TENANTS THAT HAVE
INFESTED THIS APARTMENTS WITH BEDBUGS AND THEY GET RID OF THE NEW NASTY RESIDENT MANAGER I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY.

I have seen many changes over the years starting around 1999 and the rent has increased but many problems has also risen. The grounds are not kept as nice and at night you will find racoons. The roaches are here to stay and to make it worse, people are not use to cleanliness. I would like to stay, but the enviroment has been saddening me since I have been living here.
