Comments: From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   I have found the apts to be well run, the management is responsive and the maintenance personnel are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. When I have needed a repair it was done immediately. The grounds are well kept up. The apartments are with in easy walking distance of the Metro and right on the bus line. Silver Spring is close by as are numerous restaurants, theaters, parks, banks, grocery stores, and pharmacies. The comples has a business center that is open 0530-9:30 PM, with zerox, computer, fax, printer, and internet access. It is a good buy for the money you pay. The management is professional,polite and enthusiastic. The complex is quiet and the other tenants are easy to get along with.
