true.....that Ashley is rude....and for someone so young to have that attitude already makes no sense....i mean a job managing ghetto apartments will lead to nothing

she's good at sending you on your way when you compain about something though

the parking sucks

the noise factor is true.....cheap walls so you can hear fights, domestic violence, etc.

one day three guys were on my patio painting away.....without prior notice!

they are lucky they i didn't shoot them

every complaint listed in these reviews is true...........you get the feeling that at one time it was a good place to live but the ghetto neighbors that fight and smoke inside their apartments so you can smell it through the walls and the odd staff make this place the most ghetto place i have ever lived...and it isn't cheap

You think it's bad now--wait till winter and the snow starts! They do not clear sidewalks or parking in anything approaching a timely fashion. They seem to want to wait till it melts!

I have lived at SHA for over 3 years and have continually complained about the noise to no avail. The comment about the removal of snow is completely accurate as I have fallen twice in inclimate weather. It does no good to complain or write letters as the property manager, Ashlee must only file them. The plumbing in this place is be far the worse aspect of the complex. I had a pipe burst in the storage unit next to my ground level apartment. My apartment took in over 150 gallons of water and management (both SHA and ARC Developers) came out to assess the damage and concluded without lifting the carpet to inspect for mold or mildew that the carpet is in good condition. That was the final straw for me. I would suggest contacting Montgomery County Housing as they are being really helpful in this situations. You can also contact the SHA manager from ARC Developers (J. Montgomery) at 703-471-6366.
